We ask that you arrive at your chosen pick up point 5 minutes prior to the given collection time. We are unable to wait more than 5 minutes for "late arrivals" due to this causing delays to subsequent pick ups, and could cause delayed arrival.
Platinum Tours is not responsible for delayed arrival at our destination due to adverse weather conditions, or traffic delays. We always plan our journeys to take traffic conditions into account, but cannot account for unforeseen incidents or accidents which may delay our journey. No refunds will be given for delayed arrival in the above circumstances.
On departure we will wait for 15 minutes past the agreed departure time for late arrivals to the coach. Should you not be on board the coach by this time, the driver will be instructed to depart for home. We will make every effort to contact you before the driver sets off, but cannot be responsible for any delay or expense incurred due to passengers not being on board on time for the journey home.
