We ask that you arrive at your chosen pick up point 5 minutes prior to the given collection time. We are unable to wait more than 5 minutes for "late arrivals" due to this causing delays to subsequent pick ups, and could cause delayed arrival.

We always plan our journeys to take traffic conditions into account, but cannot account for unforeseen incidents or accidents which may delay our journey.
